The Task
Projects that are open source or that are build substancially on other open source projects, do have the structure of a virtual team. Team members are spread all over the globe and communicate via the internet.

The Goal
To build up a virtual team a strategy is necessary to define the communication structure.

The Method
To define the goals of the project and transfer these to a platform on the internet, the Team-Collaboration-Workshop is suited best.
