The Team-Collaboration-Workshop is a moderated group process where all members of the team work out their goals, priorities and milestones collaboratively. These are then transfered to a format for a computerized Team-Collaboration-Platform to support their efforts to reach the project vision and goals.

The Team-Collaboration-Workshop has the form of a 1-2 day workshop.
