Lecture : Systemic Project Constellation for Software Development Teams
As computers get faster every year, the complexity in the software engeneering process is growing parallel. Traditional projectmanagement is complemented by methodologies that take care of these complexities.
This lecture addresses the systemic interactions that occur in a software development process. We look at a project from a context instead of a cause and effect views. Which system do we mean? What are the bounds of the system? What is the order of the system? How can we use systemic constellations in a project to enhance creativity and find solutions for challenges met during development? Different formats of structural systemic constellations are introduced. Audience: Developers, project leads, stakeholders.
