In this workshop solution-focused systemic structural constellations are used to initiate organisational change. Constellation work is an effective way of externalising and working with problems in organisational life. Solution focused practice is the art of building solutions as simply as possible. In a software development project we are often challenged by systemic problems. These are those where we only can grasp what their origin is.
