The Scrum KickStart is a moderated group process where all members of the team work out their goals, priorities and milestones. The result is a product backlog for a single common project vision. The sprint planning for the first sprint is done during the workshop. It is crucial that every team member has a vested interest and commitment to a successful outcome.
