Since more than 20 years Uta Kapp is involved in software development projects beeing developer, project manager, trainer and consultant. These experiences have formed her ideas how to build teams that are empowered to create successfull projects.

The detailed know how in state of the art software development technologies and well-founded knowledge in group processes allow her to work with challenging projects. A funded education in systemic constellation work and systemic coaching techniques are the basis to initiate change in a project.

She is certified as ScrumMaster to initiate the projectmanagement framework Scrum in development teams for softwareproducts.
