The Task
To monitor projects and for reviews of Workshops held, a moderated meeting is a good tool for supervision.

The Goal
While in a workshop the structure of the project is designed and daily working procedures are defined, in a moderated meeting these are reviewed.

The Method
All participants are envited in time and are informed of topics, motivations and timetable of the meeting. Coaching methods for moderation, decision processes and conflict management are used during the meeting.
